From start to finish, everyone at LeMoine roofing was a pleasure to work with.Jonathon came out on the same day I called and within twenty-four hours he gave me a complete and easy to read estimate, which also included options for the different product and services being offered. He is knowledgeable, professional and no-hassle.When it came time to do the work, Tyler and the rest of crew showed up on time and hit the ground running. Like Jonathon and Tyler, the rest of their employees are also very courteous, professional and no-nonsense when it comes to getting the job done. I especially appreciated that they took time every day to thoroughly cleanup the site before going home.The roof was completed on time and it came in at exactly the price I was quoted and what we had agreed upon. Jonathon then completed all of the warranty paperwork for us — just another example of how the company takes pride in their work.Bottom line, the roof looks great and I know I will not have to worry about it for a very long time. Jonathan was absolutely fantastic, we originally were going to go with another company for our roof, but after he came out and walked through the process, and helped patch a hole that we had free of cost and showed us more damage that others had not told us about, we knew we wanted to go with them.We’ve had no issues with leaking since their help, and the new roof looks fantastic and was a fair price for the quality involved.It even withstood the hurricane force winds we had this winter!I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new roof.

My experience with LeMoine Roofing was the best I have ever had with roofers in the past. My most recent roofing jobs were on three duplexes. Jonathan was very honest, and concise, as to what needed to be done after inspecting the duplexes. Being that I was in the construction trade for quite some time myself, I knew that two of the duplexes would need the sheathing removed and replaced as well, and when he brought this to my attention, I knew then, that I was dealing with a real craftsman, and not a salesman, like the other companies that gave me an estimate. I am so pleased with the Quality of Materials, and Workmanship that LeMoines has provided, and even the new gutters. I highly would recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof!! The pricing was very reasonable for everything they did. I will be using them again shortly for another roofing job on a duplex. Thank you, LeMoine for a job well done

Jonathan and his crew did a fantastic job on our 25 year-old home. The workers were professional, continually kept the property clear of trash and clutter and kept to a very aggressive schedule to get the job done timely you would think with a very competitive price there would be some sort of sacrifice in either quality of work or quality of product and neither were the case. The proposed schedule was aggressive, but they managed to make it no problem. There is no doubt I will be informing the residence in my community about the quality of work in the reasonable price. I was so satisfied with the job Jonathan and team did on our roof. I asked him to give me bids on other work on our property. Not every contractor is a good one, but LeMoine Roofing is a great one.

Finally got the money saved to get our roof done. Figured it would be more then expected, as it had gone far too long. But even with a couple "suprises" under the old roofing, it cost less then we thought. We now have a beautiful new roof done by some really great people. Jonathan Lemoine gave us a bid in January 2024 then we researched other bids and chose a different company who cancelled the job on us. We then called Jonathan back and he gave us the same original bid after a couple months, we just had to wait longer. However the wait was well worth having Lemoine Roofing do our roof. He went above and beyond what we expected giving the job a personal touch. The crew was awesome, they arrived every morning at 7:30am ready to work. The roof and skylights look amazing. Extreme ProfessionalsThe Crew at LaMoine Roofing and Construction wasted no time in assessing the damage to my roof when called about a leak. Jonathan jumped into action right away with an estimate and tarps to hold off any further damage.As soon as weather permitted they returned to start the job. They tore off two layers of tile, constructed the decking and rebuilt two new skylights. They constructed new facia and arranged for an attractive new gutter system. They use quality materials and equipment. They kept me informed throughout the duration of the repair. They obviously put the safety of the crew above all else. STOP BROWSING. LeMoine Roofing is heads and shoulders above everyone else and you can stop looking for the best because these guys are THE best. These guys put a new roof on my house at a very fair price. Stripped two layers; replaced rotted decking; new facia all around; super super SUPER job! They were very respectful of my property and did a super clean-up job each day. This wasn't an easy job but these guys overcame every obstacle and did me and my wife right with expert professional service. Highly recommend! Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We had to get our roof replaced unexpectedly and when coming to check it out and give us a quote they also put a temporary fix on it to prevent further damage until they could get to it at no extra cost. LeMoine was referred to me by the North West Insulation, after it was discovered I had leaks in my roof while re-insulating a 60 year old home.They were able to come out quickly and assess the damage, and install a temporary solution until a full repair could be scheduled later. Jonathan and his crew made it out just a week before we got some serious rain, and they quickly and efficiently replaced every single sheath on the roof; it was in really bad condition. The Malarkey roof he recommended has held up well and looks beautiful. We also discovered problems with crumbling chimneys, and they very quickly turned around and removed them below the roof line and capped them off for the summer until we could schedule a more extensive repair.Most recently, LeMoine completed a difficult and complicated repair to remove the brick chimneys on each side of the building and install some painted Hardie lapped concrete siding. The work was quite tricky, requiring some foundation and termite damage repair, which they also took care of. As the walls were open, they also installed fresh R13/15 insulation batts and removed the failed blown in paper insulation.What I appreciate most, is they give you options about how to go about the repair, letting you make informed decisions about what improvements and products you can install. For example, we upgraded to pre-painted lapped siding because the factory fit and finish are better than the unpainted product.I am very happy with the quality of the work and am already planning on hiring them again to do more work in the future. Highly recommended.Updated 2/2024I had Lemoine come out and finish the siding toward the end of 2023. I've updated the photos with the completed house. They also replaced all the gutters with brand new ones and insulated the walls with the latest insulated sheathing. Overall I am very happy with the work. The house has never been in better condition and Lemoine is a pleasure to work with. They're always very busy, but once they start the job it gets done right.

Jonathon LeMoine is now our “go-to” expert for all of our roofing and siding needs. I wish google would let me give more stars.He was at our house within 24 hours of calling for what seemed like a simple loose side panel. He rapidly addressed our siding problem AND pointed out several issues with our roof repair that was done by another company last summer. He then provided a detailed report for us to send to that company to ensure they will correct those problems.Jonathon went above and beyond for us, and we will certainly be calling him again in the future.

Amazing company! You definitely get what you pay for with this high quality but fairly prices team of experts! They bit only tarped off my brothers roof for a reasonable price. But they did it fast, in the dark and rain same day to help prevent further damage. Then later came and redid the roof on his house fast and very high quality. The cleaned up after themselves, were professional, and so reasonably priced! Definitely recommend them for any roofing or construction jobs!
