Jonathon took the time to inspect my roof thoroughly, explaining the type of roof I have, what he’d recommend for replacement, and even uncovering that I have two layers of roofing—something I wouldn’t have known otherwise. He was upfront and honest, letting me know I don’t need a new roof just yet. But he didn’t stop there—he fixed a needed air vent and even caulked all the cracks in the vent rings because he saw they needed it. When the time comes for a new roof, I won’t call anyone else. He pointed out many areas that need improvement and laid out a plan, including priority treatment versus new roof installation. Kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. My experience with LeMoine Roofing was the best I have ever had with roofers in the past. My most recent roofing jobs were on three duplexes. Jonathan was very honest, and concise, as to what needed to be done after inspecting the duplexes. Being that I was in the construction trade for quite some time myself, I knew that two of the duplexes would need the sheathing removed and replaced as well, and when he brought this to my attention, I knew then, that I was dealing with a real craftsman, and not a salesman, like the other companies that gave me an estimate. I am so pleased with the Quality of Materials, and Workmanship that LeMoines has provided, and even the new gutters. I highly would recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof!! The pricing was very reasonable for everything they did. I will be using them again shortly for another roofing job on a duplex. Thank you, LeMoine for a job well done

Jonathan and his crew did a fantastic job on our 25 year-old home. The workers were professional, continually kept the property clear of trash and clutter and kept to a very aggressive schedule to get the job done timely you would think with a very competitive price there would be some sort of sacrifice in either quality of work or quality of product and neither were the case. The proposed schedule was aggressive, but they managed to make it no problem. There is no doubt I will be informing the residence in my community about the quality of work in the reasonable price. I was so satisfied with the job Jonathan and team did on our roof. I asked him to give me bids on other work on our property. Not every contractor is a good one, but LeMoine Roofing is a great one.

Jonathan Lemoine gave us a bid in January 2024 then we researched other bids and chose a different company who cancelled the job on us. We then called Jonathan back and he gave us the same original bid after a couple months, we just had to wait longer. However the wait was well worth having Lemoine Roofing do our roof. Jonathan jumped into action right away with an estimate and tarps to hold off any further damage.As soon as weather permitted they returned to start the job.
